INCREASE
YOUR CAPACITY
FOR LEADING
WORSHIP
& MINISTRY
A thriving worship culture grows from the inside out.
You or your team going to your next level in worship leadership is not a one-size-fits-all method you can simply read up on. While the worship leadership podcasts and conferences are super helpful, the benefit of coaching is the personalized approach.
Think: Individual Development Plan instead of a house call, mentorship instead of a worship ministry ‘blueprint’. Together, we can analyze your ministry and build the right plan with the right steps for where you are at right now.

MEET TRENT LANGREHR
AS MUCH AS CREATING WORSHIP, I LOVE CREATING WORSHIP LEADERS.
I have been leading worship for nearly a quarter century, with 20+ years doing it vocationally. I currently serve at a church in my hometown of Oklahoma City. I am a worship pastor through and through – nothing motivates me in life like leading a church into God’s presence and seeing them embrace Him – but just as important is the development of other worship leaders to do the same. I don’t think of myself as someone special, but I have experienced a lot in a lot of places, and I truly believe that I can help.
I have been married to my wife Kristin since 2007. We have three children: our sons, Stevenson and Vladjoumy, were both adopted from Haiti in 2018 and, in 2021, we welcomed our biological daughter, Maya. All five of us can be found watching OU sports, wearing OKC Thunder gear, telling or listening to a good story, and trying our best to put other people first.
• 25 years of worship leadership experience
• Has lead in seven campuses, in four different churches, across two states
• Experience in leading worship for groups from 4 to 4,000
• Developed & implemented ongoing training systems at three large churches, resulting in a pipeline of high-caliber worship leaders, music directors & musicians (both volunteer & staff)
“CityHope College had the privilege of handing the construction and execution of our Worship Concentration (our specialized developmental path for our students who desire to become worship leaders and music directors), as well as the development of our future worship leaders to Trent. We watched as, through his care and teaching, both the concentration and our students within it flourished. What we have now at CityHope Church in our Worship Department is a direct result of Trent’s work.”

“Trent Langrehr is an incredibly gifted coach and mentor. Because of his influence and leadership in my life, I am serving now as a worship pastor. Working under Trent for five years as a worship leader was a stretching, yet joyful season for me as he pushed me to grow in my gifting, my leadership and my craft as an artist. I am exceedingly thankful for Trent's presence in my life. Without his shepherding and professionalism and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, I would not be where I am today.”

Worship Pastor, Norman Bible Church

“God has gifted me with knowing Trent Langrehr since 2012, as a co-worker, my worship leader, and my friend. He is one of my highest examples in life of what it looks like to live like Jesus. I have witnessed Trent lead thousands of people into authentic, heartfelt worship. I have watched him pastor people through the hardest of times and lead them to not just be better worship leaders, but also to be better Christ-followers. The one thing I have NEVER seen him do is to walk on a stage and make it about himself. He truly is a worship pastor’s worship pastor.”

Sr. Director of Creative Arts

“Trent Langrehr has taught me everything I know. I am the worship leader at CityHope Church, Foley (satellite) Campus. I can do what I do because of Trent. He has taught me the heart of worship, how to minister to the Lord. He has taught me how to lead the congregation so that they can meet with the Lord, and set their eyes on Him.
He has taught me musical language, what to look out for as a worship leader, and how to communicate with the band. He has taught me how to curate beautiful worship that is unified, and how to care for a team of individuals with different backgrounds, but one goal: to minister to His heart. I am forever marked by his leadership and intentional discipleship. I long to be the same for others.”

“I have known Trent and watched him serve the local Church for over 20 years. Trent is strongly gifted in collaboration, strategic planning, and team development. He is passionate about crafting worship environments that are reverent, authentic, and engaging to all generations. Trent is knowledgeable about the technical and relational aspects of worship and production. More than all his skills, what I value most in Trent is his genuine heart for Jesus and desire to foster spiritual growth through worship. I have hired Trent to work with our church in the past and highly recommend that you do the same.”

PRICING & COMMITMENT CONCEPTS
Much like the coaching being tailored to your ministry’s needs, so are the pricing concepts. They are based on your commitment level, but the general ideas would be:
• CONSULTATION
We’ll set a meeting or two. You bring your questions, and there’s a good chance I’ve seen or experienced it (or learned from someone who has!). I can help you come up with answers that will suit your situation.
• CONSULTATION & COACHING
Bring those same questions to the initial meeting, but let me ask you some questions too. Once we assess your ministry and its needs together, let’s develop a plan and then let’s make it ongoing. I can continue walking with you through the action steps, guiding you through the specific nuances your ministry has. Continued meetings, an action plan, video review, and coming to spend time with your team in team settings or rehearsals – all part of the coaching I can offer.
• CONSULTATION, COACHING, & LEADING
Ongoing consultation, coaching for you and your leaders, and my direct participation in your weekend services, if you see fit. I want to come and be a part of the service, only if that’s what is best for you!
MOST IMPORTANT…LET’S TALK!
Don’t just read this to decide, because we all know everything in ministry is built on relationship. Reach out at the link below, and let’s have a conversation. Together we will determine how best I can serve you, your team, and your church.
